Took an SHL exam, which I was sure I did fine on seeing as the returned results literally stated that I was "likely to be a very good fit to the role... when compared to the comparison group", however I was not contacted again regarding anything to follow up on. I waited weeks to hear back, and then when randomly checking through my applicant portal I saw that I was no longer being considered. I had not received any sort of rejection email or anything, which was a bit disappointing.
