Interviewed in front of a panel of three managers. Though that was a little overkill for a first interview. Questions and format were the standard "tell me about a time...". Although I had a good interview I never made it to second round, feedback was they were looking for someone with less experience.

Great interview process at AstraZeneca. They really want to know you and how you handle certain situations. Looking for strong closing and improvements from each rounds. The process overall wasn’t too bad!

It was fairly easy. Show up prepared, ready to ask questions, and you have a good chance of landing the job. Bring materials to show your sales experience and show you are organized and solutions-oriented.
Started with a pre screen call with DM. Tell me about yourself, your experience. Then Interview panel with DM and RM. All STAR questions, situational questions to tie in your experience with what is expected of you for the role
