Entretien
The first step was a take-home task where I was asked to develop a React application. The second step was an interview with the engineering manager. I was asked about my experience and presented with case scenarios to explain how I would approach solving them. Following that, I was invited to a third interview, which involved a live coding exercise.
After completing the third interview, I was informed that I would receive feedback on whether I would advance to the final interview. However, after two weeks without any updates, I reached out to ask about my status in the process but never received a response.

Entretien
The interview process was of 4 stages i.e. HR screening interview, technical take home test, Technical & Test Review Interview and Cultural interview.
Although they mentioned that I needed to do a technical test but in reality it was a complete project having more than 10 requirements which needs to be fulfilled. The project was very time consuming and one needed to invest a lot of time to complete all those requirements and at the end of test, I got the feedback of "You were not able to meet the criteria and expectations, hence we cannot proceed further". The experience was frustrating as they didn't even care to provide detailed feedback, areas of improvement etc. Hence, was very frustrated and disappointed with their recruitment process.
