An HR representative got back to me after a few days I submitted my application. A first interview was scheduled to take place on the following week via Teams. I didn’t get any feedback after I got rejected (it took a week to say no). This is the second time I found myself applying for AstraZeneca and it’s the second time I haven’t had a good experience with how applicants are treated. People need to know how they can improve, simply not providing any feedback is not helping anyone
