Really good one, conversation styled, focus on value, and reason of why pharma, why AstraZeneca, why this position, and the people management skill, etc. interviews have multiple backgrounds which provide a holistic view of the interviewee.
interviewed for position in the US; scheduling was handled by staff in Mexico; very disorganized; HR person was not forthright when I asked basic questions; I withdrew my interest in the position due to these behaviors

There were four rounds of interviews: HR, hiring manager and manager to whom there is a dotted line, hiring manager’s boss, hiring manager’s boss’s boss. HR was fairly timely in sharing updates.
