Entretien
This was definitely the weirdest interview experience I had, not what I expected from such a big company. First I had an interview with HR, really general chat about past experience and admin issues. Next, I received an interview booking invitation by text though their virtual assistant. At the exact same time, I received a rejection email. As I am not an enemy of myself, I booked an interview, but I honestly still don't know if they meant to put me forward or to reject me. After booking, they wrote that I should expect behaviour-based questions and I prepared accordingly. The interview was online with the recruiting managers. Their questions were not behaviour-based at all, more about general industry knowledge. The questions were so vague that I often didn't even recognise they were questions. They told me that I should receive a reply in the next few days. I haven't heard anything in the next two weeks, until HR informed me by email that they have feedback for me and they want to talk. At that point I knew I am not taken forward. I offered a few time slots to HR, but no reply. A few days later I offered a few slots again, no reply. Then again I sent an email, and I received a phone call in 5 minutes, which I couldn't pick up as I was at work. At this point I was fed up and asked for the feedback in email, which of course was the rejection. Obviously as soon as HR knew I was not a candidate any more, I was the last of their priority, but I cannot understand why they insisted on giving a feedback then. The whole experience was an unprofessional mess.
