I was interviewed at Astrazeneca in Feb 2016. It had 4 round(1 telephonic, 2 techical and 1 managerial round). Majr questions were based on SQL, PLSQL and Datawarehousing skills.

1st Interview with HR (15 min) - Covering CV and why this position 2nd Interview with Manager (15 min) - Covering CV and why this position 3rd Interview Case Study (30 - 60 min) - Explain a project that highlights your fit to the role. - Why you make certain decisions in that project. - What was your role? - Why leave your current job? - What do you bring to the team? - What are expectations? - What do you look for in possible career progression? - How you handle situations (e.g. change of scope, tight deadline) 4th Interview Values (30 min) - In advance, they provide you with the 5 values of the company and some guidelines on what to expect - During the interview, they will give you a much longer definition than the one provided in the guidelines. Focus on the keywords they give you as part of that longer definition. - A situation in which things did not go as planned. - A project where you followed the scientific methods. What was the hypothesis?
