The process is: 1. Telephone interview 2. Assessment day with 3 seperate interviews. Interviews were carried out by a panel of 2-3, ranging from competence questions to Scientific analysis. People were friendly and questions are well explained. The activities are quite straightforward and they offered calculator (that was probably not necessary). The interviewees are very nice and patient.
