Applied on 21 November. Phone screening was done 4 December. Interview with hiring manager was 2 weeks after. Interview was estimated done about 1 hour. Questions are more on what the current task that I’m doing, aligning on project contributions and my opinion on using system functionality that they wanted to launch. I did not get any rejection email. I had to login into the career portal and found out I was rejected. Please be honest and be transparent to your candidates as we also contribute our time for the IV.
