It was very chaotic, and I cannot recommend this process to anyone. It has a good image, but it depends on specific people. I was ask a bunch of question which didn’t make any sense and I didn’t feel comfortable at all.
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.

Only made it one round. First interview is over the phone. Very basic questions to start just to feel you out before they move on to conduct the in person interview
