The interview process had multiple stages which needed me to visit multiple times each time the group got smaller and all interviews were in person. they asked me questions about myself and my job experience, as well as what knowledge I have that would be applicable to Apple’s culture.
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.
