Applied in January, was contacted by recruiter in February to schedule a phone screen with a member of the team the following week. We talked about items on my resume then went through a basic coding exercise. The recruiter reached out two days later to schedule an interview for the following week where I spoke to a different employee who asked behavioural questions and conducted a design exercise. I did poorly on this interview so I haven't heard back
