It was a high energy group interview with little focus on specific people. The people who were doing the interview were really high energy and were obviously trying to be fun. It was very difficult to try to stand out among the crowd due to the open ended questions that were being asked.

The last round was to be in contact aith the team and the manager in the team and discuss about the work culture
the interview was multiple rounds, including a phone screen, potential group interview, and one or two face-to-face interviews with store leadership, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and cultural fit.

First stage was a brief phone interview with someone from headquarters in Cupertino, the second stage was a group video interview with other candidates and a local store manager via Webex.
