I had 3 phone screens. I did well on all of them. Hiring manager contacts me saying they are very happy with my interviews and asks for a 2-day availability to get me onsite. I give them my dates 15 days later as I had some work tying me up at my current position in another company. Manager approves and confirms the dates some 3-4 days after constant reminder from me.
Next, they dont get back to me with travel arrangements until 2 days before interview when I try to contact them. They now come up with some BS saying based on my previous interviews they have decided to postpone my interview until "NEAR FUTURE"
I mean WTF! is this the level of professionalism they exhibit?

First, there will be an interview with the supervisor and HR, and then there will be a technical interview. After 4 rounds of interviews, most of the interviewers were experienced engineers. The whole process is very professional, but HR will not proactively inform the results.

I applied on the Apple website, a recruiter arranged the interview, and I had a technical interview for about 1 hour. after a week I received an email. the interview was not difficult but it was very focused on printed antenna solutions.

The technical part was okay but HR was a mess, they would forget to call or follow up or get back to me. They were a lot of nice and knowledgeable engineer I talked to.
