The team was awesome and thorough. The process went quickly and communication was constant. The recruiters and team seemed to have a good amount of communication. Overall highly professional and gave the sense that they are looking for the right person.

An interim team manager asked a list of UX and behavioral questions. This person was not engaged and simply read from a list of questions provided by the hiring manager (on PTO), with no meaningful dialogue. That interaction felt more like a formality than an actual evaluation. Not offered a proper conversation with the decision-maker felt professionally insulting
