Avantages
Good company, nice people, teams that care, they invest in their platform even though things are of course never perfect. A good gig if you get the opportunity
Inconvénients
Honestly just developing in with Ruby on Rails. It can be convenient but once you run into low quality code it can be tough. These days they have a high standard and good examples though.
