I felt incredibly valued as an employee and I haven’t even started yet!! Olivia, the recruiter I was working with, was super communicative and personable throughout the process and I was able to ask her questions and get answers promptly. The interviews didn’t feel like cookie cutter pointless questions, for every call I could tell each team member had updated notes about me/reviewed my resume and were communicating well as a team so that each conversation was actually valuable. I got a really good picture of what it would be like to work at AppFolio after this entire process and I’m so excited to start! I would rate the interview difficulty somewhere between average and difficult because there is a good amount of prep work involved for the final, but it is doable and within the scope of a normal SE role/interview process.
