James Martinez (recruiter) was very helpful, kind, personable, and he genuinely wanted to help me get the job. However, the rest of the interview process was disappointing and no reflection of his amazing work!

Two words: EVAN BARNARD!!! I give him 1000 golden stars ⭐️. He’s the most sincere, top tier, honest, genuine, caring RECRUITER you will ever meet!!!! As you know, it is NOT easy finding a great job and it also can become frustrating, difficult and overwhelming. Evan not only was gentle spirit but a high vibrational personality that made you feel so confident and happy! He not only followed up with me constantly but he followed through. YOU DO NOT SEE THIS IN TODAYS SOCIETY! You really have to love what you do in order to be the best for other people. Evan is the epitome of grace and sensitivity. He relates and educates about the job description and breaks them down to a science. Not only did he change my way of thinking during hiring processes but he also gave me a new outlook on life. Even though I didn’t get the job I applied for he encouraged me to keep going and to never give up for what I wanted and deserved. I’m forever thankful for the opportunity to chat with Evan. Whenever I have other interviews now I take Evan’s advice with me. Everyone is not honest and thorough but I’m so glad God introduced me to Evan.
