The first interview is conducted over the phone. There will be two more round of interviews before they decide on whether or not they want to hire you. Simple process.

I was on time, manager was busy he was late 8 minutes to interview. I did notice that they lack diversity maybe 3/100 were minorities but on the other hand there were 60/40 women to men ratio. May be he didn't care to pay attention to the time cause i'm a minority. What ever going to move on to something better.
