When selected for an interview they had very strong points I had to agree with or state to continue in the interview process. That was a non negotiable 40 hours a week working from office policy, which, when challenged regarding the reason behind, was not answered and my salary expectation. When I said that I would need some flexibility sometimes in working from home, they directly withdrew my application and got a notification about that.

After applying through the company website, I received an invite for a phone interview with HR. The Interview was a screening, with mostly questions about my work experience. After the interview no follow-up, I've send an email for an update, but no feedback was given.
