Focuses on diversity hiring more than competent people. Students having 9+ CGPA were rejected and only hired a female candidate who was a 7 pointer. so is the case with many other companies now a days.

It was video record interview. Queastions were pre recorded. You have a 1 minute to think about your answers. And than you have to record your answer . It should better be video call or in person.
