Had one interview with the hiring manager who then referred me to two other roles. Only heard from one of the roles then never heard back again. This was also in the midst of the pandemic so assuming the roles were pulled.

they only hire you if they like you internally it is not about your job skills at all. Must know someone in the company or be related. If not your are pretty much out of luck in any situation
