2 interviews - 1st with direct line manager and HR, 2nd with division head and plant manager. HR member tackled behavioral-based interview questions with line dealing with the technical job related questions. If prepared, questions were at the right level (not too difficult).

It was good, they ask questions and I answer the questions about the suitability from your CV. And when I answer, they say yes, my profile is good and you are hired something like that.
Process consisted of 3 interviews in total. Initial step was a phone screening with general questions. 2nd step was interview with direct manager. Third and a final interview with Area Director.
