Good. They asked challenging or not . It's a trap. They hire for people who labour hard and labourers on 6 months and fire them to get new had workers . Zero job security.
Good interview process, the interviewers were thorough and offered me ample time to express my qualifications and experience up that made me suitable for the position. The interview process consisted of two rounds followed by a shadowing of an employee. The interviewers were positive and friendly.

Structured interview process - the panel had a list of questions and they all took notes on the responses provided. It was logical and applied to tasks required for the position. Keep that in mind when you interview -- think of a few different examples of how you performed your job in the past. Come prepared with successes and also failures and how you handled them/what the outcome was.
