I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GMT (Chicago, IL).
Interview
I was given an appointment to fill out application at which time HR asked questions about my last employer, my position, my salary and my work experiences. I was called a second time to meet with supervisors, I was given a plant tour and a detailed description of all the products the company produced.
CV screening, Culture Fit online test, AI video interview, Business Case interview, Leadership assessment.
After this process, GMT Summer Internship program starts and you would also have a final interview after the internship.
