There were some tests online, a case interview, a video game, and then a situational test. Thecase study was about the beer market and had questions about pricing and maketing strategies, which had to be presented formally, ie, the presentation is part of the assessment. The situational test is a game where teams are supposed to act as managers and take important business decisions, and the teams compete with each other.

I applied online. The process was long. I passed personality test, aptitude test and on demand video interview. I was invited to attend an assessment day for business games. The interviewers were nice and very professional. I didn't get through the business games stage. I guess it had to do with my business case presentation and the way I answered questions.
