Entretien
I applied though a LinkedIN ad. I heard from HR about 3 days later and did a Round 1 interview. After that, I was invited to take an IQ/personality test online. Then I was invited to go into the office, where I interviewed with 4 people, including the head of HR. I was told that everyone liked me, but that I needed to meet more people. A week later I went into the office again, where I met with 4 more people. About a week after that, I was informed that they wanted to extend an offer.
While I think I was probably interviewed by too many people (towards the 8th person they started repeating questions, and not knowing what else to ask), I was impressed by the thoroughness of the process. Generally speaking, the people seemed really nice and probably great to work with.

Entretien
Phone screen followed by an HR interview, an interpersonal interview with a director, and a technical interview with a director.
Recruiter and interviewers were mostly professional. After 3 rounds, I didn't get a heads up that I was getting a technical interview, so I was surprised when I came into the meeting. This threw me off my game and I didn't perform as well as I could've (plus, I had to do some of the math with a highlighter on my hand due to not being prepared).
The questions aren't hard (think GMAT style questions and some marketing strategy questions), but because I was in my own head, I didn't do well. Recruiter never gave me a concrete rejection, just ghosted me.
Overall, a long-ish interview process that could have some better communication about next steps and what is included in the technical assessment.

Entretien
Es waren 7 Gespräche insgesamt. Alle Gespräche relativ einfach und mit gutem Feedback von allen Beteiligten. Was ich sehr negativ fand: Die Anzahl der Gespräche ist eine Frechheit. Man wurde an jede potentiell beteiligte Person weitergereicht. Nach dem 7. Gespräch wurde man dann geghosted und es gab für 1 ½ Monate (!!!) keine Rückmeldung. Die finale Rückmeldung war dann eine Absage - mit dem Grund, dass nicht passend für die Stelle als "Data Analyst" sei. Witzigerweise waren aber alle Interviews für eine Consulting Stelle, bei dem alle Requirements erfüllt wurden. Ich weiß nicht genau, was der Grund für diese Kommunikationsart war - aber es schien mir ein sehr unorganisierter Laden zu sein. Die Anzahl an Gesprächen und die unangemessene Absage waren einfach abschreckend. Am Ende eine riesige Zeitverschwendung.
