The opportunity to work alongside intelligent, friendly and driven colleagues.
Inconvénients
Extremely top heavy with a revolving door at all levels. Promotions from within are rare or a solution to slow accelerating attrition. All hands are spent selling how great the place is, but the basic ability to recognize an achievement of a team/coworker are nonexistent. If you want culture, go make cheese.
