Generic and pretty easy overall. Know your resume well and turn up the soft skills. Appearance does matter and hit on the core principles. Process should take a few weeks.

Entretien
This was very straight forward, interviewed with the person who would be my boss, a Director. And two VPs. They asked behavioral questions and also some technical ones, about Finance and about the industry. Everything as expected. I was surprised that I didn't have to interview with HR, which I liked because sometimes I feel that HR just adds a bunch of bureaucracy to interview processes.

Entretien
Multiple Rounds with various levels of leadership interviewing. Very generic questions, while also being evaluated on cultural fit. Excellent brand name, but this is a marketing focused organization, not finance.

Simple process with a few easy questions. The Amex recruiter is very nice and always let you know how to prepare for the interview and etc. After each round, there are feedbacks as well.
