It took them 1 hour of us waiting in the lobby before they took the group into a conference room for the group interview. In the next 4 hours we introduced ourselves one by one, and then answered questions that they took straight off of our resumes, as well as random questions like "do you love to win or do you hate to lose". Just random questions and this was a waste of time overall, because they chose all males.
