Phone interview: The call lasted 1 hour. Started with a leadership principle question and asked more follow up questions. that went for around 40mins and last 20mins for coding. Asked a medium-hard question was able to solve it but not some edge cases. Overall great experience interviewer was warm tried to make more of a conversation and made me feel a but comfortable.

Applied with a referral. Got the OA that week and completed it. Was not able to solve one of the OA questions in there completely. 3 rounds. First round was behavioral. Second round was technical included two leetcode medium problems and last round was system design about designing a messenger app.

Interview was conducted well. Questions were fair, just wasn't prepared well enough. Brush up on your data structures and basic algorithms. The programming language used doesn't matter. Prepare past experiences stories beforehand so you are ready when asked about an experience.
