1 Online Assessment (2 hours - Tests foundational knowledge on 4 domains you get to choose)
1 hours phone screen (Tests your competencies in 2 domains you choose)
4 hours - Four 1 hour loop rounds (2 technical and 2 behavioral) testing your knowledge on the domain they found you to be competent in screening round.

2. How do you troubleshoot connectivity issues?
Databases Round
1. Explain Deadlocks (Several follow up questions on key parts of my answer)
2. How do you keep your data secure in transit and at rest?
3. Tell me about a project where you used any Relational Database, What was the task, what did you do and what was the outcome?
Behavioral Round 1
1. Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with your manager/colleague?
2. Tell me about a time when you were not able to meet a project deadline, how did you handle it and what was the result?
Behavioral Round 2
1. Tell me about a project which you had fun working on and what was the outcome?

The interview process was well-structured and professional. It started with an online application and initial screening, followed by technical and behavioral interviews. The questions focused on basic cloud concepts, networking, troubleshooting scenarios, and customer-focused situations. The interviewers were friendly and explained the next steps clearly. Overall, the process was fair and gave a good sense of what the Cloud Support Engineer role involves.

It was a good process, from the start everyone very friendly and all transparent. It's a long process in which a lot of interviews are taken, so if you're going to take a process with Amazon, you have to be aware of that.
