First you apply, then do online assessments and interview after passing the online assesments. Online assessment is mostly situational and test your AWS knowledge. Then you have an oline interview which comprises of situational and technical questions mostly.

Loop interview consisting of 4 rounds
1st round was a phone interview with mainly technical questions
2nd to 4th round was focused on AWS Leadership Principles, and questions were expected to be answered in the STAR format

Entretien
I had a 4 hours interview with 4 different Amazonians via Chime. The first two Amazonians asked me half technical questions and half behavior questions, the last two Amazonians asked me all the behavior questions.
