Interview process is a very heavy lift as to be expected with each of the big 4 tech companies.
If your resume is considered in the application stage a recruiter will send you over an online assessment that is pass/fail. Brush up on leadership principles prior as this is rigorously emphasized throughout the process, and be sure to record your sales scenario responses in the STAR format.
If you pass the assessment, you move on to the recruiter screen. If you pass this, you will have what's referred to as a "Phone Interview" with your prospective hiring manager. I found this to be the easiest step in the process and connected very well with the hiring manager. Have specific anecdotes to respond to STAR questions that are vaguely behavioral ("tell me about a time when...") with concrete data points.
Finally, if you pass the hiring manager interview, you will progress to the final loop. This is an intense day of interviews with 4 different team members each spanning 45 minutes. You need to have rich, detailed anecdotes from your sales career that follow the STAR method that are backed up with specific data points. I found that the behavioral questions asked in this stage were far more specific and less vague than the previous round/ what the recruiting team prepares you for; but i suppose there is a reason for this as they are looking to see if you "raise the bar". After you complete the loop the panel meets to decide if you are hired and the recruiting team follows up within 5 business days.
Overall the process took close to a month and the recruiting team was very helpful, transparent, and quick to follow up after each stage.

I had applied for a few positions previously and my resume was on file. I was contacted by a recruiter and asked if I would be interested in this position. First step was the initial screening/recruiter interview, then followed by a team lead/manager interview a week later. The final steps were three, consecutive, one hour interviews in a panel style format with additional team leads/managers.
Phone interview will be conducted then if you pass you'll go through with the loop interview which is break down into two session and a 45 minutes break in between
