There was a well designed interview process, with what appeared to be set questions. The team was professional and enjoyable to speak with. There were 3 or 4 interview stages, and I was considered for multiple positions.

Be prepared for the "level up" interview. It involves speaking with a leader who is distant, non-emotional, and tests your ability to handle this. Otherwise, it can be lengthy with multiple interviews an months of time.
