6-7 standalone 1 hour interviews. Interviewers being Recruiter, Hiring Manager, HR peer roles, Line Managers and the Bar Raiser. 2 page essay . Interview questions 100% behavioural based - more on this later. Suprisingly low interviewing skills all round. Completely uninspiring.
