It seemed like they were not organized at all. The coordination between the different interviewers was lacking. The recruiter was not aware that she was responsible for the position. Someone else was coordinating the position and eventually it fell through.

It was scenario based on my experience but there was hardly any time to expand because they have five different scenarios to be explained in 30 minutes, which is impossible.
