A recruiter contacted me. I submitted a home assignment and the phone screening was 90% about the home assignment solution, and 10% about the motivation (non-leadership questions). I got a call telling me that I passed but was downgraded to one grade lower position. The five loop interviews were scheduled, and did them virtually over two consecutive days. There were a lot of leadership questions; the number of questions and the depth they made as follow-up questions varied by the interviewers, but one thing sure was they were super exhausting. One week later, I got a mail that I didn't pass it. I followed up to ask if there was any other role I might be able to transfer my application, but no reply was received.
