Completed 4 rounds and tested on recruiting experience, stakeholder management and how leadership principles show up in the everyday work. Based on the follow up questions, you would need to provide examples on the most challenging and extreme side of your role. General play safe examples will not show enough range on the leadership principles.
Throughout. 6 total interviews. Looking to evaluate all your skills. Preparation is a must as there is a lot of questioning they are going to ask you during your meetings

there are two business interviews. the first is an hour long and the final rounds are usually 3-5 hours long. Most interviews are still virtual and done through Amazon's own video conferencing app called Chime. Make sure to have it downloaded.
