I had good interview with the hiring manager who provided a comprehensive overview of the organization and role. The recruiter was initially helpful, but then was slow to provide status updates.

The screening person and the recruiter were very professional and helpful. The interview process required me to spend significant time getting ready. Process was well-organized. Both the screening person and the interview moved the process along quickly.

While AWS has a very structured process that they insist you follow, there own internal process and communication leaves alot to be desired. Some of the interviewers didnt even know what position I was actually interviewing for.

lengthy process with minimum 6.5hrs for intro interview and 'the loop' which consisted solely of very specific and detailed situational questions which might not apply to all applicants. so if you don't mind making up stories on the fly, I guess that's ok.
