The interview was stressful and very difficult to prepare for. I had my first phone screen with my manager for 45 minutes. The call was used to discuss my past experience. I prepared to respond to leadership principle questions but was not asked any. 2 days later, I was invited to the loop interview. The loop interview was 2 weeks later and I meet with 5 people for an hour each. 4 people were on my team and 1 was an outsider from a different part of the organization. I received my verbal offer 2 days after the interview.

My interview was typical of most of my team and my peers, it was a four part interview: 1) recruiter phone screen; 2) hiring manager phone screen; 3) all-day interview, with hour sessions with 4-6 individuals (future team members, adjacent team members, completely independent senior interviewer for an objective view; and 4) writing sample.
