Online technical screening, 2nd round was in person with one person, third round 4 hours of interviews with 4 separate people. Coding problems were simple, except one was really difficult. Lots of questions on leadership principles - learn them well and prepare stories!

Interview was conducted well. Questions were fair, just wasn't prepared well enough. Brush up on your data structures and basic algorithms. The programming language used doesn't matter. Prepare past experiences stories beforehand so you are ready when asked about an experience.

Beahviroal and some hiring manager then recruiter feedback and follow up for level up. Level up did not work and i had o say no to them
