Interview with Hiring manager then loop interviews process, if you pass all then you receive an offer. Despite having learned about Amazon leadership processes and practiced for the interview, it seems the interviewee expected to hear answers in a specific way.

The process was not super transparent, and they weren't very communicative. Also couldn't get a great sense of the role and what exactly they were looking for in terms of seniority (conflicting info).
