The process as a whole was decent, it could be reduced to less steps and also be a bit smoother. There were just generic questions being asked that typical sales interviews have but having some AWS tool background will help maybe get a AWS cert to get a foot in the door and then pivot to a difrent role in the future.

The AWS recruiter call was technical and structured, focused on validating depth of experience and problem-solving approach. It felt rigorous but aligned with enterprise standards. The conversation challenged me to articulate systems thinking clearly and reinforced where I’m strong and where I can sharpen language

Entretien
Straightforward, with one initial one-way interview followed by a 2-hour back-to-back interview. Interviewers were very friendly and made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. 2 one one-on-one interviews during the 2-hours period.

Entretien
It tooks almost 4 weeks, before with a phone call, then an online assessment and eventually a video interview.
the first two were quite easy, the 3rd one with the videomeeting was average but the interviewer was not very knowledgeble about the company he is working for. I receibved an email about I was not selected to proceed further without giving a personal feedback (after I wasted 4 weeks preparing the interview based on their leadership principles which apparently they do not know exactly how many they are..). I was selected to receive a call for another interview for another role but after my email where I shared my frustration about their behaviour regarding the first one they did not even call me for the other interview. That's hilarious. Do not waste your time with such unprofessional people
