Painful and poorly managed but met some good people along the way. Most indicated they were not overly excited about AWS but didn’t mention leaving at all. HR was logistics coordinator for over 10 different meetings that took at least 3-4 days of time to prep and participate in.

Asked me to make sure I responded using the STAR framework. I’m sure it makes it easier for the interviewers but a terrible way to run interviews.
