Called me and on the spot said we need you to answer some question for the next 10 minutes or so. No scheduling of time in the future. Started asking questions about the job description when I did not even have it in front of me. The entire process was very unprofessional. I was told to submit questions that I had because they did have time to answer them on the phone? I sent them in and they were never answered. I followed up several times and was finally told that I was not a candidate that was picked to move on. I then did some research on the position and realized that the payscale was extremely low for the requirements they were asking. Very disappointing. Another Idaho company that is asking for superior skills and below industry average pay. If you want to be paid what you are actually worth look out of state. Idaho is a nice place to live but the pay is just awful. I refuse to take pay cuts at this stage or any stage of my career. I will not apply with this company ever again.
