Entretien
I came in the morning around 10-11am for the interview. After clearing 2 technical rounds(Online Hackerrank test, face to face technical round), they asked me to wait for Manager discussion. Made me wait for 3.5 hours AFTER the technical rounds. The manager was taking 40-50 mins for each person. I heard from the other candidates who completed the discussion that the managerial discussion is just a non-technical discussion.
Then the HRs informed me that the manager is getting late and that they will call me during the weekdays for a managerial discussion via zoom.
I left the office at 7:30pm in the evening with a hope that i would get a call and I prepared myself for the offer discussion.
It's more than 2 weeks now, haven't heard anything from them. On that day, I didn't see the manager telling the HRs anything about leaving early, as I was sitting just outside his room. I am pretty sure that the HRs wanted to leave home, so they decided themselves to turn down the candidature of the people left for discussion.
They were boasting about a system for fast hiring technique called Playground. And I appreciate the idea, but it's not implemented properly. Few people were lucky and finished the hiring process fast.
But a few like us were deprived of time and justice.
This is to the HRs :- Even after doing well for technicals, doing this to the candidates is unacceptable and not a good work ethic. If you promise someone that you will call back, do that. I had good respect towards Altimetrik. Now I just feel the opposite just because of the ignorance shown by the HRs.

First round was easy, basic ML questions on bias, variance, linear regression, overfitting, difference between bagging and boosting and few resume based questions on what type of project and model building.

3 rounds out of which 2 rounds is technical and 1 HR/Managerial round. First round consists of SQL and Python scripts. Second round is ML deep dive. Managerial is behavioral check
Simple resume based question that can be easily answerable, ml based question, some python simple question, nlp, project of ml , and many more that are more more imp to the NLP
