I applied for the position at the end of January and about a week later I received an email to participate in a video interview, I had to download a application called Convey (very good and easy), The questions were very focused on past experiences and situations that could be applicable for the position, nothing hard but specific. Then I had a phone interview about two days later, more a "get to know you" type of interview, the person I spoke with was very nice and a day later, it was scheduled a in person interview for about a week later. When I got there first a very nice person from HR showed me the office and the mutiple teams and departments. The office is really nice and has a "silicon valley" type of feel, which is awesome. Then I had interviews with managers and team lead which were challenging but not stressful and were tu evaluate my knowledge and actions in certain situations that could happen on the job. Two days after that I received an email saying that I was approved to move forward and 4 days later I had a cross functional interview via Webex (similar to Skype). It was very nice, the questions were more about myself and if I was the right fit with the Airbnb culture and values. Before the week ended I got the feedback that I was approved. The process was on a nice timeframe and the HR team was always in contact and available for any questions. Every person I spoke with were nice and polite. I was very satisfied with the whole process and happy that everything worked out .
