The process at Airbnb is such a disaster yet exacerbated by the fact they think it's amazing. You meet with numerous folks throughout the organization of which none of them have a clue to what the other is assessing you for. They claim to have "technical interviews" which is essentially this laundry list of questions that Facebook, Google, etc have coined. Novel. Next are the "cross functional interviews" which have no basis on assessment but rather a gut check whether or not the individual likes you. Side note; everyone on the panel looked exactly the same which was also no surprise. ZERO diversity.
