Initial phone screen was easy, Hiring event group interview was interesting. The group interview wasn't competitive but really difficult to be a standout with so many qualified candidates for the role. The role play exercise was awkward, but just be prepared for the craziest scenarios you can think of and answer with confidence. Fun collaborative element with the group assignment. The 1 on 1 interview at the end of it felt pointless and it just felt like it was there for candidates feel like they can have an individual moment to shine. Overall, easy process and very quick turnaround response. Was not able to move on to next interview round, but am content with experience aside from the 1 on 1.

The interview process had three structured stages, and I successfully passed each one. Communication and scheduling were clear at the beginning, and the process felt organized. In the final virtual interview, there were communication challenges because the interviewer’s English proficiency was limited, which made the conversation difficult. After this stage, I was disqualified. Overall, the early stages were positive, but the final step felt inconsistent with the rest of the process.
